Diana Worthy

Diana Worthy
Hearing Instrument Specialist

Diana Worthy has been in the Hearing Health Care Industry since 1984. She began her career in a private practice and became licensed in the state of California as a Hearing Instrument Specialist. In 1990 she accepted a position at a major hearing aid manufacturer and during her time there enjoyed a variety of roles. Diana managed customer service and the patient clinic working with difficult to fit clients. She also worked in the education and training department teaching other professionals about hearing aid technology and fitting strategies. Diana decided to return to private practice doing what she loves and does best, helping people achieve a better quality of life through better hearing.


Terry Ruzicka

Terry Ruzicka
Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist

Since 1981 Terry Ruzicka has dedicated his life to the hearing impaired.

He enjoys helping people with their hearing needs and improving their quality of life. Over the years he has held various manufacturing positions in quality, product development and hearing aid fittings, specializing in difficult to fit hearing losses. In addition to his manufacturing background Terry has spent a significant amount of time in private practice working for ENT's and Audiologists. He is a well known speaker and educator in the hearing industry and continues to train audiologists, dispensers and Ear Nose and Throat doctors on the fine art of fitting hearing instruments.

Terry Ruzicka holds a dispensing license in the state of California as well as his Board Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences.


Mary Critchley

Mary Critchley
Audiologist

Mary Critchley has been a clinical audiologist and hearing instrument specialist for the last 15 years.  She received her Undergraduate degree from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and Graduate degree from Cal State Los Angeles. Prior to opening her private practice, Mary was employed by a major hearing aid manufacturer for 10 years where she was able to refine her diagnostic skills along with perfecting the hearing instrument fitting process. Today, Mary truly feels that helping the hearing impaired lead quality improved lives is her ultimate goal.


Shalia Stockstill

Shalia Stockstill
Professional Practice Ambassador

Shalia Stockstill began her internship with California Hearing Aid Professionals in May of 2010. What began as an interest in the operation and maintenance of the front desk of a hearing help office has burgeoned into a love of improving the quality of life for those with hearing loss. She takes pride in helping patients in a friendly and efficient manner, learning all about the world of hearing loss, and sharing her knowledge.
